F Worldcup side edge grinder including power supply 100/240AV-12DCVCBN, racing stone 46 and carrying case.
Infinitely micro-adjustable degree angle. Roller bearing base interface for smooth gliding and easier tip grinding. New reliable brushless motor with speed control powered by a new 24 volt power source that doubles torque. Adjustable sanding spring tension. The HYDRO version offers the option of adding a water jet from a Kracher vacuum. The water lubricates and keeps the grinding temperature low. All new features bring a new level of snowglide quality and edge finish with adjustable tuning settings.
Standard AF-WC Dry Features:
Powerful 5 mm brushless motor with speed/speed control 24 volt power source = more speed and torqueRoller-bearing ski base surface = ultra-light, easy glide and easier tip tuning Adjustment of drag spring tension
Infinitely adjustable and lockable rotation angle Magnetic, easy-to-remove protective cap
AF-WC HYDRO WATER JET Features:
All the features of the WC DRY version with the addition of WATER JET LUBRICATION, by connecting a Kracher Puzzi vacuum cleaner a local jet of water is sprayed onto the stone when grinding the cutting edge. The water lubricates the stone and keeps the grinding temperature low to achieve a very fine finish. The water jet is sprayed directly onto the
Powder wax as a coating after hot waxing. New formula. Wide range of use, for medium snow temperaturesOptimum gliding properties thanks to low friction
Excellent wax adhesion
Antistatic effect
Fluor free powder boost for racing. Use for all type of snow, new and transformed, artificial and natural, with snow temperature from -9°C to -2°C. Performancing use with air humidity between 50% and 90%. Use hot application with the waxing iron at 160°C. It’s recommended to overlap GM BOOST on GM BASE Solid or Gel.
1. Spread powder wax evenly on the ski base;2. Melt the wax passing the waxing iron from the tip to the tail at recommended temperature of 160°C; move the iron at a constant speed (nearly 3 cm per second);3. Wait at least few minutes for the ski wax to harden and the ski base to cool down;4. If necessary, remove the excess of melted wax with a sharpened plexy scraper with gentle pressure;5. Free the ski base structure with manual soft brass brush;6. Brush the ski base with manual or roto hard horsehair brush;7. Brush the ski base with manual or roto soft nylon brush;8. Polish the ski base with 12 mm merino wool roller.
